The therapists at Center 4 Massage Therapy are highly trained, experienced, and dedicated to your overall well being. We each began our careers as state and nationally certified massage therapists and have pursued modalities we are passionate about, attaining Board Certification and beyond.  Here's what we do:

Jenny Taylor, Owner/Full time Therapist

LMT, Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

Jenny comes to us with ten years experience as a massage therapist, having spent the last eight years at Hampton's Center for Health and Fitness as one of their therapists on staff. Specializing in both therapeutic and relaxation massage, Jenny offers deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage, and brings relief to many suffering from headaches and fibromyalgia. Ask her clients what they love about their sessions with Jenny, and they will tell you, "Everything!" Jenny brings peace and relaxation to all her sessions, as well as relief for tired, sore, and challenged muscles. Jenny is available to work with her clients Mondays through Fridays. She is accepting new clients at this time. In July, 2019, Jenny stepped into her newest role, that of Center 4 Massage Therapy's owner. Look for great happenings under her leadership.

Allen McFadden, Owner/Full Time Therapist

LMT

Allen comes to Center 4 Massage Therapy as an established massage therapist, having built a solid clientele throughout Hampton Roads. Passionate about getting people functional and mobile, Allen graduated from the Institute of Health and Healing, attaining his certification in 2006, and is drawn toward therapeutic massage. Allen offers, but is not limited to, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, and cupping sessions, geared toward helping clients manage their pain patterns and biomechanical challenges. For an additional $20 upgrade, he offers stone therapy. Allen is available full time, for either individual or couples’ sessions. Call for an appointment with Allen and experience for yourself the difference one session can make.

Karen Brown, Full TimeTherapist

LMT, Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

Karen graduated in 2010 from Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio, with an Associates Degree in Applied Science and Certification in Massage Therapy. She began her massage therapy career at Center 4 Massage Therapy in 2012, and specializes in both therapeutic and relaxation massage and has recently earned her certificate in medical massage. She enjoys participating in off-site chair massage events and prefers a smaller massage therapy practice, where she can spend a more time with clients, rather than rushing them along. Karen believes in the healing touch of massage and advises individuals to "be vocal with your needs," stressing the value of open, honest communication during their session. Karen is available Tuesday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

Jazlyn Leak, Full time Therapist

Jazlyn graduated from the International Spa Institute and obtained her license in 2016. She enjoys tailoring her sessions to meet the different needs of each individual client. Whether you're looking for relaxation or relief from pain, shes got you covered. Most of her clients enjoy therepeutic sessions where they can get focused attention to their problem areas as well as relaxation. Jazlyn offers Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, aromatherapy and cupping. For an additional $20 upgrade, she offers hot stone therapy. Jazlyn is available Monday - Saturday.

Ginger Vassar, Part-time Therapist/Master Esthetician

LMT/LME

Ginger graduated from the Institute of Health and Healing in 2008 for massage therapy and in 2011 for master esthetician. She brings years of experiance from the spa industry and offers a wide range of massage modalities and facial treatments (*). As a licensed massage therapist, she provides services from relaxing to therapeutic massge. As a master esthetician, she offers facials and exfoliating treatments. Ginger feels gratified by the challenge of clients who arrive with tight muscles, stress, and compromised skin. She feels rewarded after the sessiion when the client leaves feeling free of tension, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Her strengths are attention to detail, customization, and being respectful of the client's comfort levels. Ginger is available on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and occassionally Friday.
