Swedish massage is geared towards relaxation and increased blood flow. It is perfect it you're just looking for stress relief. 

Therapeutic massage blends multiple modalities together to not only provide relaxation but also help with pain. It is a great option if you're having some pain but not necessarily looking for deep pressure.

Deep tissue is a deep striping pressrue that addresses the deep muscle tissue as well as connective tissues. It is commonly used for chronic pain and sports injuries. 

Specality massage includes but is not limited to; Prenatal massage, Trigger piont therapy, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular, Reiki, Reflexology   

Rain drop therapy - $25 add on (select therapists only) 2 hour notice required

Hot stone massage - $25 add on (select therapists only) 2 hour notice required

Hot bamboo massage - $25 add on (select therapists only) 2 hour notice required

Cupping - $10 add on (select therapists only)
